LOGIN Login No Longer Requires a Password

On the new site, we have done away with passwords. Each time you log in, we verify your identity with a 6-digit verification code sent to your email. There's no need to remember a password, and no need to reset one.

1. Click "Log in" Open the login screen from "Log in" (the person icon) at the top right of the screen. Dealers also log in from the same "Log in" link.
2. Enter your email address Enter your registered email address in the "Send email" field and press the "→" button on the right.
3. Enter the 6-digit code from the email A verification code will arrive by email right away. Enter it in the six boxes and you're logged in.

More secure than before

• Only the person who can receive the email can log in, which prevents unauthorized logins caused by reused or leaked passwords.
• Verification codes are single-use and valid only for a short time. Do not share the code you receive with anyone.

Members of the old site can log in with their existing registered email address (no need to register again). If the code doesn't arrive, please also check your spam folder. If you still can't log in, please contact us.

SKU SEARCH Bulk Part Number Search (Add All to Cart)

This feature lets you enter multiple part numbers at once and add them all to your cart in one go. You can paste in your regular order list or a column of part numbers from Excel just as it is.

1. Open "Bulk Search" On a computer, open it from "Bulk Search" at the top right of the screen (Bulk Part Number Search page). Entering part numbers separated by "," in the search box at the top will also take you to this page.
2. Enter or paste part numbers Enter part numbers separated by commas (half-width or Japanese full-width) or line breaks. Part numbers copied from Excel can be pasted as is. Entering the same part number twice sets the quantity to 2.
3. Check quantities and add them all to the cart Products whose part numbers match exactly are listed. Adjust the quantities (+/-) and press "Add selected items to cart."

• The search automatically normalizes differences in upper/lower case, full-width/half-width characters and hyphen types.
• Part numbers that are not found are shown in a separate box.
• Items awaiting restock are listed separately in the lower section, and you can sign up for restock alerts for all of them at once (Restock alerts).

RESTOCK NOTICE Restock Alerts (Restock Notification Emails)

Out-of-stock items display a red "Notify me when back in stock" button. Register your email address and we'll let you know by email as soon as the item arrives for now.

• You can sign up not only from product pages but also from product lists and the Custom Gallery.
• When you're logged in, your email address is filled in automatically.
• Items with a scheduled arrival date show "Expected arrival: [date]."

*Made-to-order items can be ordered even when out of stock (an estimated lead time is shown on the product page).

STOCK Stock display

You can check stock status on each product page. In-stock items ordered by 3:00 p.m. on weekdays ship the same day (delivery as early as the next day).

FIND PARTS Easier to Find Parts by Model and Category

• Browse by category: Tap a category photo on the top page to open its subcategories right there.
• Browse by maker and model: Choose a model from the maker tabs on the top page to browse parts for that model.
• Custom Gallery: From the custom bikes we have built, you can select the installed parts and add them to your cart together (GALLERY).
• PICK UP: A collection of feature articles on installation methods and products (PICK UP).
• Installation difficulty: Some product pages show a guide to how difficult installation is (being added gradually).

FOR DEALERS For dealers

• When you log in with your registered dealer email address,dealer prices (with your discount rate applied) are displayed and carried straight through to your cart and orders.
• You log in the same way as general members, with a verification code sent to your email (How to log in).
• You can also use "Bulk Part Number Search" to add items to your cart in bulk while checking dealer prices.
• Stock list download (dealers only): While you're logged in, "Download Stock List" appears at the very top of the page, letting you download an Excel file listing the current stock of all products (part number, product name, price, dealer price, stock quantity, next arrival, etc.).

POINT About Points from the Old Site

Points you held on the old site will be transferred to the new site at a later date as "store credit" (1 point = ¥1). We will let you know once the transfer is complete.

*No new points are awarded on the new site.

For the time being, we accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Credit cards and other payment methods will be added as soon as they are ready.
