We have learned that the server of our former online store, "goods-co.net" (the "Former Site"), which was operated by our company, was subject to unauthorized access by a third party, and that our customers' personal information may have been leaked externally.
At this time, we have not confirmed that any information was actually leaked or that any information has been misused; however, as we cannot rule out the possibility, we are issuing this notice.
We sincerely apologize for the great concern and inconvenience this causes our customers and all parties concerned.

Please note that the site had been suspended for "emergency maintenance" since October 23, and this unauthorized access was discovered during that maintenance. We did not resume the Former Site, and on October 28 we launched a new online store.

1. Background

On October 22, 2026, an inspection by our server management company revealed that an unauthorized program had been placed on the Former Site's server from outside. Traces of attacks attempting to illicitly obtain customer information were also found.
On October 23, we shut down the Former Site and blocked access from outside.

2. Information That May Have Been Leaked

• Customers who registered as members on the Former Site: approx. 19,000
• Customers who placed orders on the Former Site without registering as members: under investigation

Information items: name, name reading (furigana), address, phone number, fax number, email address, gender, occupation, date of birth (only for those who registered it), company name / trade name / contact person name (for dealer members), purchase history, and Former Site login password (stored in a converted form)

*We do not hold any credit card information whatsoever (payment was by cash on delivery or bank transfer only). This incident will not lead to fraudulent use of credit cards.

3. Requests to Our Customers

• If you use the same email address and password as on the Former Site for other sites (online banking, online shopping sites, social media, etc.), please change your password on those sites. Because the Former Site has been shut down, no one can log in to the Former Site without authorization. As the new site does not use passwords, no one can log in to the new site using a Former Site password either.
• Please beware of suspicious emails, phone calls or mail claiming to be from our company. We will never ask you for your password, card number or PIN.

4. Our Response

• We have been contacting affected customers by email since October 29
• We have reported the incident to the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC) and consulted the police (Osaka Prefectural Police)
• We are continuing our investigation together with the server management company. Because the records that remain are limited in scope, we have not yet been able to determine whether any information was actually taken
• We did not resume the Former Site, and on October 28 we launched a new online store (this site) on which security measures are continuously maintained. No programs from the Former Site are used
• Former Site passwords have not been carried over. On the new site, you log in with a verification code sent to your registered email address
• Members' information has been transferred to the new site. If you would like your information deleted, please contact the inquiry desk below
• If we learn of anything further that should be announced, we will post it on this page
