The Casting Air Cleaner Kit Plain is an air cleaner kit for the DS400/DSC400 (Drag Star 400 / Drag Star Classic 400).
Following the chapter order of the original manual, this page covers everything from removing the stock parts to securing the air cleaner cover.
01 Installation steps

Remove the parts shown in the photo from the stock air cleaner box and attach them to the included base.

Secure it to the bike with the included bolts.

Fit the bracket that serves as the air cleaner's base.Place the included collars in between.

Mount the air cleaner on the base using the gasket.

Fit the mesh plate that comes with the air cleaner.

Fit the sponge on top of it.

Fit another mesh plate over the outside of the sponge.

Position the seam at the bottom.

Secure the air cleaner cover with the bolts.
When fitting the bracket in Chapter 03, place the included collars in between.
