LOGIN Login no longer requires a password

On the new site, passwords have been eliminated, and each time you log in, we verify your identity with a 6-digit verification code sent by email. There's no password to remember and no need to reset it.

1. Click "Log in" Open the login screen from "Log in" (the person icon) at the top right. Dealers also log in from the same "Log in".
2. Enter your email address Enter your registered email address in the "Send email" field and click the "→" on the right.
3. Enter the 6-digit code from the email A verification code arrives by email right away. Enter it in the 6 boxes and you're logged in.

More secure

• Only the person who can receive the email can log in, preventing unauthorized logins from reused or leaked passwords.
• Verification codes are single-use and valid only for a short time. Never share a code with anyone else.

Members of the old site can log in with their registered email address as is (no need to register again). If the code doesn't arrive, please also check your spam folder. If you still can't log in, please Contact Us.

SKU SEARCH Bulk Part No. Search (add to cart in bulk)

A feature that lets you enter multiple Part Nos. at once and add them to your cart in one go. You can paste in your list of regularly ordered Part Nos. or a Part No. column from Excel as is.

1. Open "Bulk Search" On a computer, open it from "Bulk Search" at the top right (Bulk Part No. Search page). Entering comma-separated Part Nos. in the search box at the top also takes you to this page.
2. Enter or paste Part Nos.Enter Part Nos. separated by commas or line breaks. Part Nos. copied from Excel can be pasted as is. Entering the same Part No. twice sets the quantity to 2.
3. Check quantities and add to cart in bulk Products whose Part No. matches exactly are listed. Adjust quantities (+/-) and click "Add selected items to cart".

• Differences in upper/lower case, full-width/half-width characters and hyphen types are normalized automatically when searching.
• Part Nos. that weren't found are shown in a separate box.
• Items awaiting restock are shown separately in the lower section, and you can sign up for restock alerts for all of them at once (Back-in-Stock Alerts).

RESTOCK NOTICE Back-in-stock alerts (restock notification emails)

Out-of-stock items show a red "Notify me when available" button. Register your email address and we will notify you by email as soon as the item arrives.

• You can register from product pages as well as product lists and the Custom Gallery.
• When logged in, your email address is filled in automatically.
• Items with a scheduled arrival show "Expected arrival: ○○".

*Made-to-order items can be ordered even when out of stock (the estimated lead time is shown on the product page).

STOCK Stock Display

You can check stock status on the product page. In-stock items ordered by 15:00 on weekdays ship the same day (delivery as soon as the next day).

FIND PARTS Easier browsing by model and category

• Browse by category: Click a category photo on the top page to open its subcategories right there.
• Browse by manufacturer and model: Choose a model from the manufacturer tabs on the top page to browse parts for that model.
• Custom Gallery: From custom bikes built by us, you can select the installed parts and add them to your cart together (GALLERY).
• PICK UP: Feature articles on installation methods and products (PICK UP).
• Installation difficulty: Some product pages show an indication of how difficult installation is (being added gradually).

FOR DEALERS For Dealers

• When you log in with the email address registered as a dealer, dealer prices (with your discount rate) are displayed and applied directly to your cart and orders.
• Login works the same as for regular members, with a verification code sent by email (How to log in).
• In "Bulk Part No. Search" too, you can add items to your cart in bulk while checking dealer prices.
• Stock list download (dealers only): When logged in, "Stock List Download" appears at the very top of the page, letting you download an Excel file of current stock for all products (Part No., product name, price, dealer price, stock quantity, next arrival, etc.).

POINT About points from the old site

Points you hold on the old site will later be transferred to the new site as "store credit" (1 point = ¥1). We will let you know again once the transfer is complete.

*The new site does not award new points.

PAYMENT Payment Methods

For the time being, we accept cash on delivery (Japan only) and bank transfer. Credit card and other payment methods will be added as soon as they are ready.
