Q Is there space to store an ETC unit?

Our seat is installed with the electrical components shifted slightly forward, so the space is a little narrower.

However, there is about as much clearance as stock, so it should probably be fine.
We tried a box close in size to an ETC unit, and it fit.

Yes, it can be used together with the stock rear carrier.

Q How is the cushioning compared to the stock seat?

The foam thickness is not much different, so we don't think there is a big difference compared to stock.
*Unlike stock, it is not a split seat, so it may have a slight advantage in that you can shift your position.
