Bolt-on narrow Sportster tank kit
A narrow Sportster tank kit from 2%ER, builders of many SR customs, focused on a natural, well-balanced mounting position, discreet mounting brackets, easy maintenance and installation,
and generous capacity.

With proportions that suit the SR400/500, from a neutral style with a horizontal line to choppers with extended forks and lowered bobbers,
the best mounting position blends naturally into any style, and the industry's smallest mounting brackets that don't stand out provide a secure 3-point rubber mount.

The exterior keeps the compact look of a regular narrow Sportster tank, while the tunnel on the underside hugs the frame closely
thanks to press forming with our own die, sitting low and balanced over the frame while
providing a large 6-liter capacity, the biggest of any narrow Sportster tank on the market.

The underside has clearance for the harnesses to pass through, so routing the wiring is easy.
Comes as a complete set with everything needed for installation, including the fuel petcock, cap, filter and hoses.
Interior coated.

Please note

*Due to the nature of unpainted steel products, there may be some light rust.
*This is a bare steel product, so surface treatment such as painting is required.
*The routing of the harnesses under the gas tank may need to be changed.
*The gas cap and fuel petcock are Harley-Davidson parts, so a little fuel may seep out.
*Do not operate the petcock when there is no fuel in the tank.
(The fuel itself lubricates the rubber parts, so this can cause failure)
*Due to the manufacturing process, some of the interior coating may have leaked to the outside and hardened.
If so, please remove it during the prep work for surface treatment.
