The Mini Turn Signal & Dimmer Switch Coupler-On Kit is a harness that connects to the bike-side coupler of the TW200/225/E for installing a mini turn signal switch and a dimmer switch (headlight Hi/Low).
This page explains the coupler pin layout and roles, the connection diagram on the switch side, and points to note when securing the wiring.
01 Preparing the harness
Cut the harness to the length you like. Strip the insulation, insert each wire into the matching position on the switch (see the connection diagram below), and secure it with the screw.
02 Coupler pin numbers

03 Connecting to the switches
Connect each coupler pin to the corresponding terminals on the dimmer switch (top right of the diagram) and the mini turn signal switch (bottom right of the diagram) as shown. The "Headlight Hi" and "Headlight Low" wires are joined to the wires from the dimmer switch at the connection point on the left side of the diagram.
04 Key wiring points
Exposed wire strands can cause malfunctions, so trim the wires so no strands stick out from the screw terminal.
Strip a longer length of insulation from the ground wire, and clamp the wire itself to the handlebar together with the switch cover.
After connecting, be sure to check that the headlight Hi/Low, horn and left/right turn signals all work correctly.
