Planning Your Turn Signal Position: Parts Needed for Each Relocation Pattern
When customizing the exterior, the turn signal position is surprisingly noticeable. We sum up the look of each front/rear height combination and the parts needed to relocate them.

- Why you might want to relocate your turn signals
- 3 front/rear height combinations
- The turn signal brackets needed for each pattern
As you customize the exterior, the turn signal position is almost certain to start bothering you. Especially on bikes like the SR, where the turn signals are mounted on the headlight bracket, they have a big effect on the look of the front end.
There are many possible mounting positions when relocating turn signals. Here we introduce three typical combinations, with the look of each and the parts you'll need.
01 Why stock-position turn signals stand out

The SR's stock turn signals are mounted together with the headlight bracket, so even after changing the handlebar and headlight, the turn signals alone tend to keep that stock look. Simply moving them tightens up the silhouette of the whole bike.
02 Front: High / Rear: Mid

- Front: Fork Clamp Turn Signal Bracket ×2
- Rear: Twin Hole Plate ×2
On bikes like the SR that have turn signal mounts on the stock frame, the Twin Hole Plate isn't needed.
A common combination, and the parts are affordable. With the turn signals mounted high, others can clearly see when you're turning.
03 Front: Mid / Rear: Mid

- Front & rear: Down Mount Turn Signal Bracket
Moving the front turn signal mounts to the frame makes the area around the fork look dramatically cleaner. This pattern is recommended if you value a narrow style.
04 Front: Low / Rear: Low

- Front & rear: Down Mount Turn Signal Bracket
A distinctive setup that keeps the turn signals low so the upper half looks clean. It suits riders who want the bike to look much lower.
This front mounting is bolt-on only on the SR. Remove the stock mudguard and bolt it in the same place.
05 Find the balance you like
Make them stand out, or keep things clean? The turn signal position alone can change the bike's character a lot. Picture the overall style and choose the combination you like.
