The Short Front Fender for X350 is a short front fender for the Harley-Davidson X350. It comes in two versions: painted black (GW-6059) and primer finish (GW-6060).
This article walks you through removing the stock fender, installing the short fender, setting the tire clearance, and final tightening.
01 Remove the stock fender
Remove the six bolts, three on each side, and take off the stock fender.

02 Install the short fender
-
Fit the short fender onto the bike. Slide it in from the front while spreading it slightly so the mounting points don't hit the bike's brackets, and it will go in smoothly.

-
Use the included bolts and collars (black) for installation.

-
bolt → fender → collar → bike-side bracket Loosely fit all four mounting points in this order.

- After loosely fitting it, fine-tune so the clearance to the tire is the same front and rear, then tighten the bolts down.
- Check for interference and looseness, and you're done.
The stock bolts and nylon washers are not used.
- Use threadlocker as needed.
- Be careful not to overtighten (it can cause cracks).
- Because the fender is made of FRP, the surface may shrink slightly over time. Check periodically for looseness.
